We obtain your insurance information from your physician’s office and then call the insurance company to verify benefits, coverage and out-of-pocket expenses. Our insurance clerk will then call you to discuss the information.
Billing/Payment Questions – (972) 547-1591
We will submit the claim to your insurance carrier within 72 hours of your surgery.
PreOp Nurse – (972) 547-1586
The pre-operative nurse will call approximately 2-4 days prior to your surgery day. She will go over your medical history, medications and give you preop instructions. Medical City Surgery Center McKinney also offers electronic patient registration. Utilizing this service allows the patient to answer all pre-operative surgical questions at their own pace, convenience, and in the privacy of their own home or office.
